Craig has 29 years of experience in the rail industry specialising in the leadership of multi-disciplined teams. He has experience working on projects at all stages of the project lifecycle within public transport rail and Iron Ore Heavy Haul Rail. He has a Master of Science (Engineering) in Rail Systems Engineering awarded by the University of Sheffield. He has focused on leading and managing multi-disciplined projects for clients in the UK and Australia.
He has performed in senior roles for multi-national consultancies and has experience as a Team Leader, Signalling Practice Leader, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Project Director, and Bid Manager.
Craig is our founder and is passionate about delivering exemplary service to our clients and challenging our team members to deliver higher standards of service for themselves and our clients.

Shaminda is an adaptive and self-motivated project manager with experience in planning and managing multi-disciplinary brownfield rail plant, systems, and infrastructure projects within the Public Transport Authority (PTA) network in the past 4.5 years.
He successfully delivers outcomes by creating high-trust environments and leading and empowering teams to work synergistically.
Shaminda utilises the capabilities of the project team to its optimum level to deliver the best outcome while being responsible for overall performance and reporting on safety, budget, schedule, risk, quality, and other project aspects. His collaborative approach to delivering projects ensures developing and nurturing strong relationships to achieve mutual benefits, cooperation, and synergies and execution strategies to solve complex problems.

Anika is a dedicated and result-driven project manager with over 4 years of experience working on complex projects in the Rail Industry at all stages of the project lifecycle. She has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in dynamic and fast-paced environments. Her strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication and interface abilities with stakeholders help her to achieve project objectives.
Anika has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Project Management. She is proficient in using software like Microsoft Project, @Risk Monte Carlo Simulation, and Primavera. Her academic knowledge and growing experience in multicultural working environments across the world are aiding her in improving her leadership skills and capability to work in both traditional and agile environments.

His innovative approach has not only optimised project efficiency but has also fostered enhanced collaboration among various disciplines.
Dasun has a Bachelor of Honours degree in Civil Engineering and is currently pursuing a master’s in project management at Curtin University in Western Australia. This academic background, coupled with his hands-on experience, positions him as a well-rounded professional with a deep understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
